Turning field experience into support and training solutions

Context

After several years working with young people, international students, nonprofits and inclusion stakeholders, I wanted to create a framework that would let me put that experience to work for organisations.

That's how Horizon.co came about: a consulting and support organisation dedicated to the development of people, organisations and social impact projects. It's built on a simple conviction: reveal talent, build resilience.

• "Ma Voix, Ma Voie" ("My Voice, My Path"), a mentoring programme for young people's career guidance and integration
• Awareness, training and public speaking initiatives around inclusion

Communication strategy

• Creating the visual identity and the website
• Editorial strategy for social media

What this experience taught me

Building Horizon.co taught me that entrepreneurship isn't just about growing an economic activity, but about building a framework capable of turning field experience into concrete solutions.
